Conditions and how to cancel a booking

To give you maximum flexibility, each booking can be cancelled up to 4 hours before the start of the session or within one hour of the time you made the booking unless the session has already started.

To cancel your booking, simply log in to the website, click on "My Bookings", select the booking you wish to cancel and click on "Cancel My Booking". If you do not see this option, you are not eligible to cancel your booking.

Bookings are not refundable but in case of cancellation you will receive a credit that can be used for future bookings in any type of studio.

Your available credits are displayed in the tab " invoices and credits.
